All team members undergo initial training for their specific positions. These trainings include; customer service skills, driving safety, communication skills, and basic automotive technology. Team members will also receive on the job training on technology and processes to ensure high efficiency in their daily tasks.
Clear View Deluxe maintains a high professional standard with a strict uniform and personnel appearance policy. Uniforms may include your logo, department, and/or name tags at your request.
We pride ourselves in our use of technology. The technology that has implemented allows for high efficiency operations while reducing costs. This includes but not limited to; inter team communication, VIN scanning for invoicing and report management, and employee time clock management.
Clear View Deluxe is fully insured to the highest standards of the industry. In employing our services, the client is released from any liability. Any issues will be fully resolved by the Clear View Deluxe Senior management team and/or our Insurance specialist.
Clear View Deluxe offers our employees direct deposit for their compensation. We also carry workers compensation insurance as well as state unemployment insurance.
